Description
These arsenatian vanadinite (endilictite) crystals are from the Erupcion Mine in the Los Lamentos Mountains, Mun, de Ahumada, Chihuahua, Mexico. Two dozen different mineral species have been identified from this mine and it is famous for the arsenic rich, formerly called endilictite, vanadinite crystals that were found there. This specimen is made up of a vein-like section or cluster of lustrous brown crystals with minor goethite matrix attached. It measures 2 1/2 x 1 7/16 x 1 1/8 inches or 64 x 37 x 28 mm.
