“Super Seven” is the name given to a particular type of quartz found in Brazil. It’s unique characteristic includes the presence of seven varieties of minerals which include; amethyst, colorless quartz, smokey quartz, cacoxenite, rutile, lepidochrocite and goethite. This stone is from a newer find in which goethite is absent, or not visible to the naked eye, and citrine is present instead. This free form is polished to a gem luster on the front, rear and edges. It measures 25 x 23 x 3 mm as displayed in photo 1. It weighs 14.4 carats.
