Description

This stibnite is from the Xikuangshan Sb Field in Lengshuijiang County, Loudi Prefecture, Hunan, China. This is the worlds largest antimony deposit and it contains 24 different minerals including the antimony sulfide stibnite. This piece consists of 2 relatively large sword-like crystals with some smaller secondary crystals attached. The longer sword and narrower of the two measures approximately 9 x 3/4 x 1/2 inches The smaller and thicker sword measures 6 3/4 x 1 x 9/16 inches. They have a bright silver color and metallic luster. The piece is good from all sides and terminations
