This stibnite is from the Herja Mine or Kisbanya Mine is in Baia Mare, Maramures Co., Romania. This mine contains 63 different minerals species including stibnite. The stibnite from this miine are world famous and are highly sort after. It is a sulfide that contains the elements Sb and S  This attractive example consists of thin druse quartz matrix on which acicular and fan-like clusters of stibnite crystals form a more or less vee shaped formation. The crystals are prismatic and range from fine hair-like to needle like in appearance. This piece measures 1 9/16 x 1 1/8 x 3/4 inches or 39 x 28 x 19 mm.
