This native copper specimen is from the Bingham County Mine, Bingham Mining District, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA. This is one of the largest porphyry orebodies in the world. It contains or different minerals including native copper. This piece has a copper color with iridescent highlights. It is a small miniature that measures 1 1/8 x 3/4 x 7/16 inches or 28 x 19 x 11 mm.
