These copper crystals are from Peru. There are eighteen identified mines that contain copper in Peru. Native copper specimens from Peru are few and far between. This specimen has a tee-shaped flattened shape with sharp well defined crystals on one axis. There is some alteration to malachite present. It measures 1 9/16 x 3/4 x 7/16 inches or 40 x 19 x 14 mm.
