Description
These azurite crystals are from the Sir Dominick Mine, Ankaroola,Flinders Ranges, South Austarlia, Australia. This copper mine contained 12 different minerals including azurite. It is a carbonate containing the elements Cu, C, o and H. This specimen has a sphere-like shape with interpenetrating azurite crystals on all sides. It is a small miniature that measures approximately 26 x 19 x 17 mm.
